EREPMES can intervene directly on all or part of a project.

Analyze, advise, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical solutions implemented.

Work with technical engineers and other experts to research and provide solutions.

Participate in the development and revision of standards / technical documentation within the project.

Observe, analyze and lead technological and scientific developments (technical and competitive intelligence).

Identify risks and opportunities, communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders in the project and recommend action plans.

Promote new techniques and conduct internal and external training.
